The four large objects, the 3D curves in two batches, represent the elements of logic that drives and shapes economic and political environment of our everyday lives. The demand for the constant rate of profit -the basic "MUST" of the economy in which we work- and the assumption of investment nature of capital.
The first batch represents the curves that the logic draws in the abstract realm of ideas. Without limitations of the real world. The second batch represent the same curves, but in real world: as drawn through the last 70 years of global economy. The trajectories of the two batches vary greatly.
The aim of the objects, assisted by the 2D schemes, is to spread in front of the viewer the basic elements of dominant logic, entangled into its inherent contradictions. The resulting antagonisms, that we perceive as the spirit of our time, stem from the impossible-MUST built into the basic bricks of dominant logic.
Basic bricks of logic 1 bring together reason and emotion. Theoretical insights and the bodily sculptural experience. To help open the space for imagination.
