The fundamental objective of the course is to CONNECT the investigation of everyday conditions, pressures and turns of working life WITH an understanding of the structural logic that determines them. Together with a creative presentation of insights to the public.
The approach is based on the realisation and conviction that a distanced view of one's own situation and its better understanding are always EMPOWERING. Even if they don’t solve problems on their own, they are a necessary prerequisite and compass in finding ways to overcome them.

The Future of Work was set in 2011 together with Abel Heijkamp.
